Haider (SPOILERS)

We were watching a movie in theatre after a long time. The movie was a certain adaptation of a certain play written by a certain Shakespeare. What followed certainly was awe inspiring. Haider is not a conventional movie you may see. The movie is filled with characters having a certain internal conflict against the backdrop of the Kashmir. No one can be classified as good or bad in this movie, there's a gray in everyone. The movie poetically shows that gray in them . While Shahid Kapoor and Tabu act with natural flair, all the credit goes to Vishal Bharadwaj for giving me a film I may cherish forever. His use of Kashmir wins it for me. He shows the beautiful side of Kashmir as well as its troubled one. His use of colours is mesmerizing. He uses the songs effectively.
The two halves show us the two faces of the characters. It shows how each one has that other face which we normally never show to the world. That is until something life-changing happens to us . A sensible poet's transformation into a mad militant proves it.
I left the theatre with more questions than answers, something which had only happened to me once (Swades). Telling you what they were will only ruin the film for you , which you are going to watch as early as possible. You can thank me later.
