Homecoming of Neil:

Hi,
After three years of stay in Pune, Neil came back home last month. We at home were excited and were planning for his welcome. A bouquet of chocolates as suggested by Manava, was outsourced and Saniya was to make a banner. That day Radha had invited Saniya & other friends at her place for lunch, and so under the able art direction and art work from Radha,  wordings  from Saniya, and enthusiastic participation from Kaveri and Ruchita(their common friends), a beautiful banner was made which was put up on our front door. Knowing Neil was coming,Vaishali flung into action and brought  chicken and also a whole variety of Canape stuffings and canapes for Neil, which sufficed all of us. Nidhish’s excitement knew no bounds, inspired by the bouquet, he prepared a beautiful card with chocolate bars all around it. Though inconvenient, Neil’s Varsha Atya and Pravin Kaka extended their stay to welcome him. Meghana Atya and Ajay Kaka also came over with an icecream cake that he loves,to be cut on his arrival. At the door to welcome him were Ajoba, Ajjis from both the sides, both atyas, kakas,Nidhish, Saniya ,Radha,Kaveri,Ruchita,Vaishali Mavshi, and Swati Mavshi( Kaveri's Mother).Though not planned as much, it was a beautiful welcome party . The warmth in the relationships was truly touching. I am sure this warmth will remain with Neil forever.

  6. It really was very special. I was kind of low when I came, for I had left my old life and friends back in Pune.
But the fact that so many people cared enough about me to be there when I came, answered the simple question of what's the value of a real home and family.
Thank you to everyone who made my homecoming special! :)
