Yoga

I have recently joined yoga.Main aim in going so was for physical fitness.There along with asanas they also teach how to balance and control our mind by breathing and concentrating.They tell us to be always happy and have positive thinking,acceptance,helping nature etc.When I looked back,I saw that this is what Lata Aajii is always saying about.But we rather then I did not take it that seriously.I thank Aaji for giving us this knowlege before hand.Now I enjoy doing Yoga.

  2. I know that Sunita is a great follower of Yoga, but you too started the same which is really appreciable. Very good!!
