Hi! It's Rani Samant,
At first glance of the poem it seems as a small girl who is excited about a gift, as in a globe gifted by her parents. But when I thought about it I felt that the poet is expressing about Letty's innocence, for that matter innocence of every child who is unaware of the boundaries of this materialistic world. She touches the globe with great love and admiration for the whole world and also the place where she lives.

That sweet little innocent girl loves the whole world but we are so confused & selfish to impart love. Why everyone cannot be like Letty to make this world a peaceful place to live in.
