Though we are aware that the shibir has enriched our approach towards life , but when this topic has come across for discussion, we  again introspected and arrived on these points:-

1.   As most of the time , we do not realise the importance of things we get easily and hence we do not take any extra efforts to sustain the same:– Example Nature, Sun light , Water

2.   Given importance to other priorities like School / College education, office , career , Close relatives and not given required weightage for shibir.

3.  There is never differenciation from Lataaji towards any parent irrespective whether efforts taken by them or not much efforts taken by any parent. Hence it was wrongly understood by us that its ‘ok’ if we do not give our best efforts.

4.   Not taken enough efforts to know all parents well. Hence not aware of all the activities done by all the parents towards Shibir . This has happened mainly because of lack of dialogue other than shibir hours.

5.   We felt that Gunjan is elder to all other Children. Hence her problems / queries are different from others and their solutions will be also different (Actually those were not different).  Hence  our efforts were not 100 % to what was expected from us  as a parents..

6.  We have taken very tiny steps towards Shibir activities but were happy and satisfied with those. But realised, Lataaji always gives more than 100 % towards us and Shibir.  Hence now decided that we will have to put more and continuous efforts .
